Assessments
Our attention is focused on supporting leaders to be more effective by being happy, positive and optimistic so as to influence themselves, their teams and their organizations. We recognize the utility of both structured and unstructured assessments in helping leaders to better uncover hidden strengths and areas for development. We are cognizant of the possible dangers in the misuse of labels discovered in the more formal assessment process and only use the results as supplementary, and not as definitive in our coaching process.
