Audrey M. Sloofman, MSOD
Audrey Sloofman is a highly seasoned trainer, consultant, and executive coach with 20 years of global experience working with Fortune 1000 clients from financial services, pharmaceuticals, technology, manufacturing, government, healthcare, and non-profits, to name a few. She has trained and supported newly emerging, highly experienced executives and every level in between.
As a former VP and Director, Audrey had worked strategically, operationally, and collaboratively with her executive partners, peers and reporting teams. She has designed and lead a myriad of successful leadership development programs for major corporations such as GE Capital, Bayer Pharmaceuticals, and PepsiCo. Contributing to corporate university programs, Audrey has collaborated with clients to design both leadership curriculums and individual courses which at times included coaching and project initiatives.
Additionally, Audrey has helped leaders transform dysfunctional teams into high performing teams, helped them successfully deal with change, and trained them to develop their own people to be both high performing and engaged.
With a clear, authentic and energetic style, Ms. Sloofman has empowered and inspired thousands of people to increase results–their own, their direct reports, and their organization’s. She has designed and lead Women in Leadership courses and, as adjunct faculty, has taught leadership development classes at the University of Missouri and Mercy College in New York.
Audrey has an interest in understanding the neuroscience behind leadership development, and has received her certificate in Applied Research and Application from the Applied Neuroscience Institute in California. She successfully brings this knowledge to her coaching and training endeavors.
